Creepy Crafts for Halloween – Creepy Cat Eyes #JPHalloween
Creepy crafts are king at Halloween and this one is fun, involves cats, and glows in the dark. I't's like a trifecta of craft awesomeness! LOL These Creepy Cat Eyes glow in the dark! I made these inspired by my cat and they look super creepy and fun. Hang them on the wall or put them in the grass or bushes in your front yard to scare people.

It almost looks like the creepy eye from Mordor in Lord of the Rings… but I'll settle for kitty eyes. I originally featured these on the Smoothfoam blog: Creepy Cat Eyeballs. Here's how to make them:
