- Emergen-C Super Orange 30 CT – 2 packets
- 6 oz. fresh berries (small clamshell package in the produce aisle)
- 2 cups coconut water (green coconut juice)
- 2 cups ice
- 1.5 bananas
- 0.5 lbs fresh strawberries (about 10 medium whole strawberries or half the 1 lb clamshell package)
- Add ingredients in the following order: ice, Emergen-C, coconut water, fruit.
- Blend thoroughly on the “smoothie” or “frappe” setting on the blender.
- Serve garnished with fresh fruit and enjoy!
